WOW! What an amazing experience we had. Joy was fabulous from start to finish. Murphy’s law kicked in during this real estate transaction- we hit quite a bit of hurtles throughout the way. Joy helped us close the deal in a multi offer situation and not to mention had personal experience to share about buying land like we did and building a home. Closing was extended from 45 days to...
