Renee’s career in real estate began in 1996 after she graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. While her path to real estate was unconventional, it was her passion for hospitality and her knack for creating seamless operations that set the stage for her successful career. Over the past 29 years, Renee has become a trusted expert in building and optimizing back-office systems, consistently enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the growth of the businesses she’s managed.
In 2012, Renee played a pivotal role as a founding partner of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Valley Partners, where she once again utilized her operational expertise to build a strong foundation for the company. Her work helped establish the solid operational platform that continues to support the company’s success. In 2018, Renee stepped into the role of President of Valley Partners Real Estate, Inc., where she continues to oversee the daily operations of the business. Under her leadership, the company has thrived, thanks to her ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on management, ensuring the team has everything it needs to succeed.
Renee’s impact goes far beyond her operational expertise. Known for her big heart, warm hugs, and deep compassion for others, she is a cornerstone of the company’s culture. Her genuine care for people and her commitment to fostering a supportive, collaborative work environment have made her a beloved leader within the organization. In recognition of her career achievements, community involvement, and dedication to mentoring, Renee was honored as a 2023 Women of Influence by Lehigh Valley Business. This prestigious award celebrates high-achieving women who have made a significant impact in their fields and beyond.
When she’s not running the day-to-day operations of Valley Partners, Renee enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband, Steve—Managing Broker and Partner at BHG Valley Partners—are lifelong residents of the Lehigh Valley. They live in Emmaus with their two daughters, Elizabeth and Morgan, and their two energetic Vizslas, Crosby and Bentley. Whether she’s at the office, volunteering in the community, or enjoying time at home, Renee brings passion, integrity, and warmth to everything she does, making her an invaluable asset to her family, company, and community.
