Meet Steve Gould

Steve’s real estate journey began in 2004, when he entered the industry with a strong vision for what he could achieve. In 2012, he co-founded Valley Partners with the goal of creating a real estate company that would stand out in the Lehigh Valley market. Over the years, Steve has not only led the company’s expansion, but has also built key partnerships with local businesses, established himself as a seasoned real estate investor, and launched Valley Partners Property Management, further diversifying his business expertise.

Beyond his entrepreneurial ventures, Steve is deeply committed to giving back to the real estate community. He has served on the Greater Lehigh Valley REALTORS® (GLVR) Grievance Committee since 2022 and was Chair of the GLVR Bylaws Review Committee that same year. Steve is currently sits on the GLVR Board of Directors for a 3 year term.  As a graduate of the Ascend Leadership Program with Anywhere Real Estate, Steve is passionate about continuous learning and leadership development. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Lehigh Valley Association of REALTORS®, where he advocates for industry best practices and supports initiatives that drive the success of local real estate professionals.

Steve’s commitment to his community extends far beyond real estate. He is a dedicated member of Rotary International, where he holds the title of Paul Harris Fellow, and he served as Past President for the 2019-2020 term. Steve is also a former Board Member of Community Partners 4 Kids, contributing to initiatives that support local youth. His service to the community was further demonstrated by his role as Sacristan and Board of Elders member at Emmaus Moravian Church.

A proud 1990 graduate of Emmaus High School, Steve attended Shippensburg and Edison Universities, where he was a standout athlete, earning three All-American honors as a distance swimmer. Today, Steve continues to call Emmaus home, where he lives with his wife, Renee, and their two daughters, Elizabeth (23) and Morgan (20), as well as their two energetic Vizslas, Crosby and Bentley.

Steve is passionate about real estate and truly loves what he does. His leadership style is characterized by integrity, enthusiasm, and a relentless drive to support and empower those around him. Highly respected within the real estate industry, Steve enjoys collaborating with fellow professionals across the country and is an ardent advocate for the REALTOR® brand. Whether he’s working with agents to help them grow their businesses, developing new initiatives for Valley Partners, or engaging with his community, Steve approaches everything with a genuine passion for making a difference. His dedication to his family, business, and community sets him apart as a leader both in and outside of the real estate world.
