As Director of Education and Agent Development at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Valley Partners, Shirley empowers agents through training and mentorship, helping them build successful businesses while delivering outstanding results for their clients.
A top-producing Realtor® in the Lehigh Valley since 2014, Shirley has sold over $70 million in real estate from 2017 to 2024. She specializes in guiding clients through buying, selling, and investing to build their financial portfolios. With extensive knowledge of the ever-changing market, she ensures a seamless, client-first experience.
Shirley is deeply committed to professional growth, both for herself and others. She is a graduate of the BHHS Fox & Roach Leadership Academy (2018), a Certified Mentor for Buffini & Company Real Estate Training, and has completed multiple Ninja Selling Installations (2021, 2023, 2024). She also holds prestigious industry designations, including: Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®).
Shirley is an active member of the National Association of Realtors®, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®, and the Greater Lehigh Valley Association of Realtors®, where she has served on the Education Committee (2019) and as a New Agent Orientation Trainer (2017–2019). She is also a member of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Beyond real estate, Shirley is deeply committed to serving her community. She is a member of the Emmaus Rotary Club, VP of Membership for Sunrise Toastmasters, and a volunteer at Essentials Café, a pay-as-you-can nonprofit. She is actively involved in Lehigh Valley Aging in Place (LVAIP), co-chairing the Senior Oldies Dance Committee and volunteering with the Memory Café. Previously, she served as an LVAIP board member (2018–2021) and a board member of the LGBTQ Business Council (2016–2021).
With deep roots in the Lehigh Valley—having grown up in Allentown’s West End and raising her family in Macungie—Shirley is passionate about making a meaningful impact. Now an empty nester, she enjoys spending time with her loving wife, her four grown children and her precious granddaughter. She leads with kindness, compassion, and a commitment to helping others live their best lives—whether through real estate, mentorship, or community service.
